HELLO NIKKE, HOW ARE YOU AND WHAT IS CURRENTLY YOUR JOB IN LEKSAND?

I work with our Juniors under 20, we are playing in the eliteleague for Juniors in Sweden and we have done quite ok so far.
Its a very interesting job and so far I really like it. I also help the club with the marketing, its also interesting but I think I like best to be around a team.

DO YOU MISS BRUNECK AND THE PEOPLE HERE?

Of course I miss Bruneck, I and my family had two wonderful years in Pustertal. We like the area a lot, its really beautiful and the climate is really good.
We also miss all the friendly people in Bruneck, but me and my family still have contact with lot of people in Bruneck. We hope to come down to visit all our friends this summer.

WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE?

Hopefully I can work with hockey in one way or another

DO YOU THINK THAT ONE DAY YOU WILL RETURN TO BRUNECK, MAYBE AS COACH?

For sure I will return to Bruneck, as I said maybe this summer. To return as a coach? I dont know, but it`s not impossible from my standpoint. But I also know that you need lot of experience to be a good coach.

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO TELL THE PEOPLE AND HOCKEY FANS HERE IN BRUNECK?

Keep up the good atmosphere in the ICE-stadium, give the team all the support you can do.The team seems to be strong and with good support it can make the difference at the end of season. I hope my best for a good springtime for the Wölfe!!

HALLO NIKKE, WIE GEHT ES DIR UND WAS IST ZUR ZEIT DEIN JOB IN SCHWEDEN?

Ich arbeite mit den U20-Junioren in Leksand und wir spielen in der schwedischen Eliteliga. Wir schlagen uns recht gut zur Zeit. Es ist ein sehr interessanter Job und ich liebe ihn. Ich unterstütze zwar auch dem Verein ein wenig im Marketing, aber bei der Mannschaft gefällt es mir besser.

VERMISST DU DAS PUSTERTAL UND DIE STADT BRUNECK UND DIE LEUTE HIER?

Oh ja natürlich! Meine Familie und ich hatten 2 wundervolle Jahre in Bruneck und wir liebten die Gegend und das gute Klima. Wir vermissen auch all unsere Freunde in Bruneck, aber wir sind immer noch in Kontakt mit einigen Freunden hier in der Stadt. Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen in diesem Sommer.

WAS SIND DEINE ZUKUNFTSPLÄNE?

Ich hoffe, dass ich dem Eishockey in der ein oder anderen Form treu bleiben darf!

GLAUBST DU, DASS DU EINES TAGES INS PUSTERTAL ZURÜCKKEHREN WIRST? VIELLEICHT ALS COACH?

Ganz sicher werde ich nach Bruneck zurückkehren, wie gesagt vielleicht bereits diesen Sommer! Ob als Coach? Ich weiß es nicht, aber unmöglich ist es nicht. Man braucht aber viel Erfahrung, um ein guter Coach zu werden.

NIKKE, WAS MÖCHTEST DU DEN LEUTEN UND FANS HIER IM PUSTERTAL SAGEN?

Haltet die tolle Athmosphäre im Rienzstadion aufrecht und gebt dem Team die volle Unterstützung! Die heurige Mannschaft scheint stark zu sein und eine tolle Unterstützung könnte am Ende der Saison den Unterschied ausmachen! Ich hoffe das Beste und einen guten Frühling für die “Wölfe”!
